Two adjoining beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished 18th. century gites combine the charm of oak beams, stone walls and original Tuffaut stone fireplaces – equipped with wood-burning stoves - with the comfort and practicality afforded by modern fully equipped kitchens and shower-rooms. The two gites - sleeping 4 and up to 5 persons - share a heated swimming pool while each has a private garden area furnished with oak table and chairs and a barbeque. Surrounded by rolling countryside and forest but within easy driving distance of the majority of chateaux and tourist attractions of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. A large number of sporting activities are available nearby; golf, horse-riding, tennis, fishing, quad-biking, ULM, karting, water sports a top class zoo and safari parks. You can also hire a bike or ramble along the marked footpaths in open countryside or forest. We cater for children and (well behaved) pets and our prices include all bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, electricity, cleaning, basic cleaning and kitchen products, charcoal, logs in the winter and a Welcome Pack of fresh local produce (organic where possible) including, of course, a bottle of Loire wine!
