Our three-bed villa backs onto a freshwater canal - plots either side of the villa are undeveloped giving a great deal of privacy - one plot owned by villa owner.
From our carpeted lounge and two double bedrooms there is access to the 50' pool area surrounding our 30' pool. Access from the dining area also to the pool.
Master bedroom is en suite with full bath and walk-in shower. Second bathroom is between second and third (twin) bedroom.
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, freezer etc. Utility room with washer and dryer.

The area is flat and safe and ideal for cycling and watching the wildlife - alligators, armadillos, bobcats, birds etc.
